Weighty actions where a click is too cheap: signing a statement of work, deleting a workspace, releasing a payment.

What we changed

• Recast as a statement of work for Northstar Cloud, so the hold means a real signature with a real fee.
• Kept the original's best trick: a second copy of the label is clipped to the fill edge, so the text changes colour exactly where the fill passes.
• Dropped the wavy crest, the glow and the pulse ring; a straight edge and a flat champagne fill read as more deliberate.
• Pressing again mid-drain resumes from the current fill instead of restarting, and a quick tap explains the gesture instead of doing nothing.
• Rebuilt on one framer-motion value; reduced motion drains instantly but keeps the linear fill, because there the fill is the timer.
