Where it earns its place

Any product where an agent acts on real systems (CRM, calendar, billing) and the user needs to see what ran, with what, and what came back.

Recast as a real run: an agent searches the CRM, drafts a brief and books a call for a Northstar Cloud lead.
Added a failed call and a visible retry row, so the demo shows the error state instead of only the happy path.
Moved success and error onto the studio palette (cyan check, merlot disc with a light cross) and derived the header count from the rows.
Kept the core idea: the ring never unmounts, so one object is tracked from queued to done.
