Where it earns its place

A services or capabilities line in a long-scroll page, where the list should feel alive and answer the reader without asking for a click.

What we changed

• Replaced the GSAP ticker and wrap utilities with one framer-motion frame loop and plain modular arithmetic; no extra dependency.
• Reads velocity only from its own scroll container, and the easing is frame-rate independent with a capped step so a background tab cannot jump the reel.
• The track sits one full copy above the window, so the wrap seam is never visible in either direction.
• Added a live speed readout in the corner, a scroll hint, and a reduced-motion version that holds still on the first service.
• Kept the insight that makes it feel physical: speed eases toward a velocity target, then coasts back to a slow drift in the last direction.
