Where it earns its place

Launch runbooks, onboarding steps and client handover lists, where crossing something out should feel as satisfying as it does on paper.

What we changed

• Recast as the Northstar Cloud launch runbook: vitals, schema, AI search baseline, analytics and redirects.
• Kept the central idea: one spring per row with four readings of it, where the fill may overshoot but the tick and the strike are clamped so they never draw past their ends.
• Kept the strike's lag window (starts at 12 percent, runs over 72) and sized the rule to the measured words, not the row.
• Replaced the falling-heap finale with a quiet cleared state, then rows untick bottom-up so the list resets itself for the next visitor.
• Rows are real checkboxes (role and aria-checked) with a live status line; reduced motion jumps each spring to its end.
