Where it earns its place

Showing a sequence that is one thing in parts: a process, a collection, chapters of a product story, a team.

Recast as the studio's five project phases, from Strategy to Launch, using the studio's material stills and composed frames of Vellum Labs and Aster OS.
Phase names and copy sit in a caption under the strip, not over the pictures, and the choice persists when the pointer leaves so touch and the caption both work.
Five hand-rolled rAF springs replaced by one framer spring on flex-grow per slice, with no stagger, so the strip always adds up.
Slices are real buttons with aria-pressed, focus opens them and arrow keys walk the strip; reduced motion snaps instantly.
Kept the originals' insight intact: fixed row, flex-basis 0 with one grow number each, gaussian falloff into neighbours, radius tied to the gap.
